Despite studying feverishly for the bar exam, this summer has been off to a wonderful start. Slow-Cooked Chipotle Beef with Cheesy Polenta

Spicy beef, I need more of you in my life. Chipotle peppers really pack a punch, but their fire is tempered by the cheesy polenta. It’s a nice pairing.
