One-of-a-Kind, Crunchy Eggplant Salad

This eggplant salad is really unique and delicious. I can’t wait to experience its flavors again! I was inspired to make this salad after eating the eggplant we picked from the garden. Chicken Roll Ups

One of my dad’s favorite dinners is my mom’s adaptation of turkey cordon bleu. She rolls up turkey breasts with ham and swiss cheese, sprinkles on some bread crumbs, and bakes them in the oven.
