The Challah of My Dreams

The challah of my dreams has many specific qualities. Sweet, eggy, a golden crust, and light insides that are peel-apart flaky. As it turns out, these qualities are not easy to attain. Slow-Cooked Chipotle Beef with Cheesy Polenta

Spicy beef, I need more of you in my life. Chipotle peppers really pack a punch, but their fire is tempered by the cheesy polenta. It’s a nice pairing.
