Grill Pan Steaks

Sometimes I crave a good piece of steak. I bought some top sirloin filets from Trader Joe’s, and they were awesome. Really tender, not too fatty. I like them better than their filets mignons. Patatas Bravas

Here is a healthier take on patatas bravas, a Spanish potato dish often served with tapas.
