Raspberry Brie Phyllo Rolls

A few years ago, Trader Joe’s sold frozen packages of raspberry and brie rolled in phyllo dough. I was obsessed with them. Butternut Squash Hors D’Oeuvres

After making butternut squash hand pies, I knew that they would translate really well into an hors d’oeuvre. I used a mini muffin tin to turn the puff pastry into small cups and then filled the cups with squash deliciousness. What I like best about these puffs is that you can eat them with one hand. Butternut Squash Pastries

These butternut squash pastries are scrumptious! I really love butternut squash, but I love crispy, flaky pastry even more. I could eat these pastries for a whole meal…and I almost did.
