Grill Pan Steaks

Sometimes I crave a good piece of steak. I bought some top sirloin filets from Trader Joe’s, and they were awesome. Really tender, not too fatty. I like them better than their filets mignons. Getting farm-fresh produce delivered is the greatest invention ever! Why haven’t I done this before?!
