Winter Fun in NC

Winter in North Carolina’s mountains is mighty cold, but there are a lot of fun and cozy things to do. The best activity is enjoying nature. The mountains are totally different than they are in the summer when the trees are lush and green. Stella’s Mountain Adventure

Happiest Pasta and Cheese Moment

I ate one of the best Italian meals of my life (at that point) at a restaurant in Amsterdam called Italia Oggi. We moseyed on over after the restaurant we were trying to go to was booked, what luck!
