The challah of my dreams has many specific qualities. Sweet, eggy, a golden crust, and light insides that are peel-apart flaky. As it turns out, these qualities are not easy to attain. As soon as I read about these candied chickpeas over at the Pastry Affair, I knew I had to make them. Snacks are right up my alley, especially sweet, toasty, crunchy ones.
