It is a real shame living in a place with no outdoor space or grill access. I love grilling! To substitute, I’ve been experimenting with my broiler. I have a big thing for cream cheese. Although I’m past the days of eating it straight up, I still love anything made with it- cream cheese icing, cheesecake, whatever.
