The Perfect Granola Bar Bites…Finally!

Creating the perfect granola bar (i.e., one that doesn’t fall apart) has been arduous. Grapefruit Brulée

Broiled grapefruits are wonderful. There used to be a restaurant near my house that did them best. The cinnamon sugar crust on top of the grapefruit was thick, and had to be whack-crack-cracked with a spoon. Such a treat. Eggs in a Veggie Basket

This happy plate of food was one of the healthiest and most delicious dinners I’ve had in a while. And it is really easy to make.
