Mammy’s Pumpkin Cookies

My grandmother, we call her Mammy, makes the best pumpkin cookies. My mom’s pumpkin cookies taste delicious too, but my cousin has ruled Mammy’s as the winner. I must agree with him. David took me to a chocolate cooking class a few years ago. Double Chocolate Cookie Time

If you love chocolate, you have to make these cookies! They have the perfect balance of sweet, crispy, chewy, and chocolaty. But not too sweet. Yum. Get me another!
