Pumpkin Pasta

Butternut Squash Hors D’Oeuvres

After making butternut squash hand pies, I knew that they would translate really well into an hors d’oeuvre. This potato gratin is particularly easy to make because it doesn’t require you to thinly slice the potatoes as you would in the traditional version.
