Pumpkin Pasta

Yummy Spaghetti Squash

I’ve mentioned before that I have had trouble cooking spaghetti squash. It always came out too crunchy to really enjoy. I cooked it longer this time, and it definitely came out better. It was still a little bit crunchy, but not so much that you’d notice if you weren’t paying attention. It had a nice texture. Here’s a pizza that is perfect for snacking or a tasty appetizer. Just cut it up into bite-sized pieces and pass them around (if you don’t gobble them up yourself first).
