Grill Pan Steaks

Sometimes I crave a good piece of steak. I bought some top sirloin filets from Trader Joe’s, and they were awesome. Really tender, not too fatty. I like them better than their filets mignons. Patatas Bravas

Here is a healthier take on patatas bravas, a Spanish potato dish often served with tapas. These spicy, crispy potatoes are always one of my favorites, so I was really excited when I realized I could make them at home. This curry is a pretty good dish, but for some reason, I only make it in the summer. Something about it’s mild spiciness and fresh vegetables make it perfect for a muggy night.
