Chicken Roll Ups

One of my dad’s favorite dinners is my mom’s adaptation of turkey cordon bleu. She rolls up turkey breasts with ham and swiss cheese, sprinkles on some bread crumbs, and bakes them in the oven. Sweet Tomato Spread

Heirloom tomatoes are one of the many reasons I love the summer. I turned a beautiful batch of heirlooms into a sweetly concentrated sauce/spread/jam last summer, and I’ve been dying to do it again. Murg Makhani -or- Butter Chicken

Our favorite Indian restaurant in DC is Taj of India in Georgetown. Their murg makhani (chicken in a tomato cream sauce) is absolutely to die for.
