UPDATE: On 4/7/18, this recipe was updated for better results. My favorite crab cake in the whole world is was served at Cafe Atlantico in DC (rest in peace). Citrusy Broiled Chicken Legs

It is a real shame living in a place with no outdoor space or grill access. I love grilling! To substitute, I’ve been experimenting with my broiler.
